The new Bell & Howell Sidekick 1400 maintains the same best-in-class features as its predecessor, the 1400. This model is available with Ultrasonic Multifeed Detection, and meets the Energy Star requirements. Ultrasonic Multifeed Detection uses sound waves to detect multiple documents being scanned at the same time. With this technology, you can be assured that all your documents are scanned. Two unique features are incorporated: Auto Resolved and Multifeed Ignore, two differentiating features for the Sidekick 1400. Auto Resolve prevents the multifed image from being sent to the scanning application, and immediately rescanned without losing its place in the image batch. Use sticky notes? Multifeed Ignore can handle them without the extra preparation of removing them. The Bell & Howell 1400 Scanner is everything you need for desktop document management, all in one box.
