• We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and customer service in the industry.
• We own every piece of equipment we list on our web pages and ensure it's available to ship within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. We are not equipment brokers.
• All of our equipment has been reconditioned (if necessary) and verified to have passed a 25 point equipment inspection by our factory trained technicians prior to being placed on our web pages.
• Every scanner comes with a 90 day depot warranty provided by Imaging 411's industry recognized nationwide technical service staff and is certified to be placed under an Imaging 411 on-site maintenance contract.
• Our friendly sales people will be happy to answer any questions you have about our products and provide you with timely price quotes on any products you are interested in
• The Scanner Traders dedicated customer service staff is available to handle any concerns you have with the products you purchase from us.
• We will only list equipment from other resellers or brokers on our Equipment Consignment page.

• Scanner Traders purchases and accepts as trade-in equipment from leasing companies, manufacturers, service bureaues , end users, federal, state and local governments. Here are a few reasons you should call Scanners Traders first if you have a scanner you wish to sell or trade-in;
• Once we work out an agreed price and inspect the equipment (if required) we will agree to purchase the scanner through PayPal, credit card or company check immediately. We won't ask you to hold the scanner while we try to find somone to buy it, we purchase for inventory.
• Our goal is to build long lasting relationships with equipment providers, we always make fair offers based on the equipment manufacturer, model, and usage (scan counts).
• Scanner Traders has the largest inventory of pre-owned and new scanners to select from if you are interested in trading in and upgrading your exisiting scanner.
• We may purchase or accept as trade-in your equipment even if it is not working.
• We are very easy to work with, and have the ability to handle shipping and pickups if necessary.
